I have both running. As for ease of use, BlackIce is very easy. It just runs in
your system tray and the settings are allot easier than zone alarm. But as for
which is better, they both seem to do pretty much the same.

I will say, installing blackIce was easier than eating pie. I had to configure
nothing. I just went into its settings though and changed it to Nervous setting
for security
