I hope that this is a joke, but even so, it is a bad joke.

Junior didn't compete at the '96 WMCCC.  In my opinion, a mistake was
made by including it in the final result.

The reason it was included in the final result is that on the day the
tournament started, it was believed that they would compete, via the
internet, and when we couldn't get in contact with them, they were
forfeited in all of these games rather than being withdrawn.

The problem, as I understand it, is that the Junior team had informed
one of the ICCA officials that Junior would not compete via the
internet, but this information was not passed along to Jakarta.

Junior has been strong for years.
