Something like this might be a good idea.  On the other hand, as I've said, my
own strategy is going to be the "voluntary term limit".

I ran for this job and was elected, so I will do it cheerfully and with the
seriousness it deserves, but if someone nominates me next time, I am going to
decline and nominate *them* instead.
