  He didn't answer me the first time. Then I wrote him again, and told him I
assumed silence as _no permission_. He then answered that I had persmission, and
that he has no time to answer all emails.
  I guess if you email him asking for permission, saying as I did that silence
is assumed as not permission, he'll answer you.
