Yes, that's another story altogether: method. Still, I have followed some of Dvoretsky's ideas as described in his books and it all seems very intelligent and logical. Yet, not even all his students reach 2500 AFAIK, so no doubt there is more than meets the eye. I think one year is rushing it, but what do I know? We can take up the discussion again when I reach 2350. :-) Albert
