What do you expect ?
The light version cost nothing and plays good chess (can compete with other
strong freeware programs/Winboard engines like Comet or Crafty).
For background informations regarding the Goliath-project, check out the
attached readme.txt (comes together with the light version). This will
give you much insight about the goliath affair.
