Yes, rammed pawns are pairs of opposing pawns on a file with no empty squares
between them.

Fortress is another name for a pawn barricade. It is used for draw detection.

Pawn masses are simply pawns that are near other friendly pawns. Unbalanced pawn
masses are either pawn majorities or minorities.
