You are comparing single-cpu to single-cpu?

I have sparc 900mhz machines here that can't keep up with a 2-year-old SGI
in our graphics lab...

If you want I can post a benchmark for several machines tomorrow...

In fact, I don't have any machines that are slower than those sparcs...
