Well I like Amir, and I didn't want to actually slam him, and as you say he has
much to his credit with Junior etc. I have J7 and 8;-) He too was there yet
there is this contstant attacking here over this matter and it's a bit too much.
Yes, and I did find it annoying that Amir jumped on Billings' post, he's well
known in chess and in computer science.

When I read Billings' post again I saw more depth than before and I think Amir
and Robert haven't taken in the scope of his post. He was there also I might
add. What actually transpired between the operator and TD is still not entirely
revealing, and I've heard other things about this situation and it doesn't
appear to add up, so I respect Billings' opinion as well, and I think others
should too.

For the time being, I feel, unless other information is made public, in it's
entirity, then I feel compelled to go with the ruling of ICGA.
