If you failed low on the first move and your move ordering is good then 90%+ of
the time the rest of the moves at this node are gunna fail low too.  You have a
choice: you can search them all with a full a..b window or you can say "almost
all the time everything else is gunna fail low too, let me save some nodes and
search with a minimal window."

I'm not talking about the root position here (though it's true there too).  I'm
talking about an arbitrary node in the search tree.
