Hi Dann,
yes, I agree the license is clear -- but it is in no way "similar to the GPL" --
the point of the GPL is that the code becomes "free" -- you can do anything with
it as long as you publish source
(yes, this is grossly oversimplified...)
but Robert's license restricts what you can do with the code -- it isn't the GPL
