I found out a while ago, that XiniX needs less nodes/ply with a full window. OTOH with a window, it finds out when the best-move-until-now has a fail low much faster. Make your pick. I'm still using a window, but when I get my timecontrol better, I'm certainly dropping it again. Tony > >Tord
