You're entitled to your own opinion, but, just like Chess Tiger, I wont buy the engine if it doesn't have a UCI option. I like running different engines in different UCI's and Fritz isn't the only one I use. I seriously dislike the fact that Fritz wont run as a UCI engine and almost certainly wont buy Fritz 9. Actually, I hope Zappa does come out as a non-UCI engine because I'm sick of spending money on chess engines now. It's time for something else.
