Ok, it is not that hard:
If you activate the book for one side, for example Junior or any other CB
engine,
and it plays the moves without thinking till it is out of book:
Great. It looks like it uses its (chessbase format) book, and we are happy about
this engine.

For the second non CB engine click away the "use book" in the CB interface.
Well done.
If it still plays moves without thinking: Great! It uses its own,
probably not CB-format book and we are happy.

(If not, then you will have to know how to activate the special own book of the
second,
non CB, UCI, WB~UCI ... engine, many engines, many problems, many solutions.
In most cases one more click in the UCI options of the engine,
or if you have real trouble you have to write a single line in an ini-file or
simil. but it is often called "own book", "use book", "book =
\path\path\path\book.bok" ... )

Ah, btw: the CB interface will n o t show the fruit book moves in the CB book
window iirc. sorry for that ... There are other ways to look at such books in
many cases, but it may be a little hard, and should not be necessary in most
cases.
