yes
ALL the LEDS come on (which is not correct) AND a loud Shrill sound can be heard
from the speakers(the same sound the Robot makes when resigning)

the sounds of the cooling  fan and motor for the ARM never comes on
when the Robot is working normally the motor for the arm makes a loud noise and
you can hear the cooling fan start up  as well

now, the moment i turn it on..it lights up like a Xmas tree and the shrill
sounds instantly
