My engine never considers Bxa2 because it has code for trapped bishops in its
eval. I guess that most engines have that. I added it when Spider was still very
young, after a few games in which it made this (from a human viewpoint) rather
silly mistake.
Btw, Fisher also took the pawn in a similar situation in a game against Spasski
in Iceland (the second of their 1972 match, iirc) but that was a bit more
complicated and perhaps not so silly after all .. ;)
