There is no white pawn on g5, therefore no e.p. possible! The draw is correct
here. *With* a wp g5, Fritz(8) does not claim draw after 45.Kf7 but after
46.Qh7+. So, the difference of the position after 41...h5 due to the e.p.
capturing possibility is correctly recognized (but not if there is only a
"ghost" of an opponent's pawn... :-) ).
