I wonder, why a lot of arguing for Fischer Random Chess would be
understood being hostile against the classical chess variant.
There is not at all such an intention (speaking for myself).

Absolutely right. The idea to have FRC implemented in chess engines too
is not, to establish a substitute for normal chess. But traditional chess
has now gathered such a lot of information on openings, that learning
the game of chess is less inventing combinations during play but instead
reproducing well known moves from memory.

I do not like this kind of chess, others do, especially experienced older
GM had invested a lot of time and effort into that knowledge. So everybody
can choose the sort of chess of his taste.

What is wrong, when FRC fans are arguing to make the original FRC proposal
realized? What is ok, when FRC opponents try to disturb this process?
So live and let live!

Thus if you are thinking, that FRC is intolerant against classical chess,
so please explain, where you see such a thing.

Reinhard
