You cannot analyse the position in ANALYSIS mode and believe the outcome would be the same than playing on 40/120 tournament control. Also you cannot JUMP in the game, you would need to replay it because you want to simulate getting the same HASH-TABLE entries from the many searches BEFORE. the engines behave different when in analsyis mode. different hash tables give different result. the point where you begin filling the hash tables changes the results. the permanent brain time changes the outcome.
