That may be a very good book as may be books built by Dr. Deeb and others.  But
it is still a general book and falls outside Vincent's statement.  To me it was
clear that he was talking about a book tuned for a specific engine, ie a book
like Arturo Ochoa or Sandro Necchi would build.
