I was referring to GUI's that could run tournaments between engines (without 3rd
party programs)

I was not referring to A. Cozzie's motifs for writing an engine here, merely
making it clear that failiure to comply with others views and opinions does not
equal being a bad person :)

Whether there is a new GUI or not, i am not particularly interested in, i am not
demanding UCI support in Zappa, i am just saying that without it, it is not of
interest to me.

I say go for it, but writing a GUI for ones engine does not exclude UCI support
in Zappa...

Just expressing my view, A. Cozzie can do whatever he wants, it is his project.

The only demand that i am making here is; "_If_ i am to put down my hard earned
$ for a new engine, for me it _has_ to be UCI"
If that is not the case, i am sure my life will go on and i will keep smiling :)

If no one said anything, then A. Cozzie might miss the point that for many
people UCI is actually an important selling point, that is valuable information.
