Subject: How to win this quiet winning (+2.68) position?

Hello,
I played (White) against one weak engine and came to the following position:
[D]1r3k2/3r1pp1/4p2p/2p1P3/R1B1P3/2B5/1P3KPP/8 w - - 0 31
[/D]
The position seems to be won, but I could not find the way to the victory.
I thought a lot and lost on time.
Later I used Toga II 1.0 to analyze this position.
Toga showed +2.68 score but did not show the victorious algorithm.
Can any human show the right way?
Otherwise, can you explain what factor I did not take into account
when calculated my advantage:
2*3.2{bishop}+0.2{bishop pair}-5{rook}-2*(0.1+0.1){double isolated}=+1.1 ?
