I used Arena and got the positional.epd from Dann Corbits ftp site.  Also in
Beta 4 the rebel reductions now seem to help tactically with very little
positional drawbacks when turned on now.  They can be turned on in UCI options.
I think a lot can be gained with tuning, mostly in the king safety area.
