>Ah, okay. In the very heart of Manhattan. :) Which actually for me (for the time >being) looks like the ultimate city! If you love large buildings, rush hour, >hurried pedestrians, honking... or simply a never sleeping city with all its pro >and cons then this is probably the best place to be to work there is crucial for my business but to live there as well.. lets just say i lived AND worked in Manhattan for 11 years i worked on the 7th floor and went home to the 8th floor i felt strange when i was on the ground i was more comfortable with birds then people couldn't take it after awhile so i sold my apt and moved to CT. so now instead of being able to get to work in 15 minutes it takes me 1hr.45 min each way but at least its quiet at night and on the weekends > >Btw honking: In Germany however it's considered to be rather offensive. i agree 100% this is why NYC is called the "city that never sleeps" who can sleep with all of the constant traffic and honking? i couldn't sleep sadly i visited Germany only once.. Hamburg..for a short period of time(less then a week) it was an interesting architecture with mostly new buildings and some old still left over from after WWII I loved the food.very hearty with all of the Wurste and Beers no time for schachcomputer hunting back then though Good Morning Regards Steve
