This is confusing at best
Fritz 9 comes on a single DVD with no tablebases

If you dont have any, download whatever you need from several sites such as
ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/

Place the TB's in a folder of your choice. Make sure that the folder is
specified in Tool/Options/Tablebases and make sure your engine params have
tablebases activated.

Engine management has nothing to do with it
